Founded by best friends Jaxon Goode and Zackary Graham, Goode Work Contracting is a licensed East Texas builder. We take on a deliberate number of homes, garages, carports, commercial buildings, and custom projects each year — and we finish every one the same way: square, solid, and stood behind.

A building is a promise. When we pour a slab or set a beam, we're telling your family it will hold — through summer heat, spring storms, and everything your kids and grandkids put it through.
We learned that standard the old way: on job sites alongside Andy Hampton, a master builder who spent his whole career raising homes across East Texas before handing us the keys. We work deliberately, transparently, and to the standard he taught us — the one we'd accept on our own land.

Goode Work Contracting started in 2022, when two best friends — Jaxon Goode and Zackary Graham — decided to start a construction venture together. We started small, learning alongside experts in the field, building houses and many other projects with Andy Hampton Construction.
Andy taught Jaxon everything he knew about high-quality construction — a standard he carried across East Texas for his entire career. When he retired, he turned over the keys to two entrepreneurs willing to do whatever it takes to build the best homes, garages, carports, and custom projects in East Texas — work that today extends to commercial properties, local schools, and offices.
